A battery seems like such a simple and straightforward thing—until you try to write about exactly how it works, in a way that makes sense to 12-year-olds, and to you, too. But you’re not growing as a writer until you write about things that challenge you. Here today is a story that definitely made me think, my first for Science News for Students!
